格隆汇 8 月 18日丨木林森(002745.SZ)公布,2020年8月18日,公司收到持股5%以上股东孙清焕通知,孙清焕通过大宗交易在2020年8月17日,共计减持90万股,占公司目前的总股本比例0.07%。公司总股本因“木森转债”转股累计增加约1.03亿股,导致孙清焕持股比例被稀释,此次孙清焕股份比例因公司总股本增加而被动稀释及以大宗交易的方式减持导致持股比例累计变动超过1%。此次变动后,孙清焕持有股份7.03亿股,占总股本比例50.92%。
