世紀建業(00079.HK)預計中期業績由盈轉虧
格隆匯 8 月 18日丨世紀建業(00079.HK)發佈公告,預期集團於截至2020年6月30日止六個月將錄得公司擁有人應占虧損,相對2019年同期則錄得公司擁有人應占溢利。
該預期虧損主要歸因於來自組合香港上市的藍籌股本證券按公平值計入損益的財務資產的公平值虧損約港幣1800萬元,疫情的爆發引致本地及全球經濟滑落,此等證券投資的價值大幅下跌。另外,今年中期並沒有錄得投資物業的公平值收益,而2019年來自投資物業的公平值收益則有約港幣1000萬元。
