京东(09618.HK):停用申通发货因合同已过期
内媒报道指,京东(09618.HK)近日要求商户停用申通等几家快递公司产品,并及时切换快递供应商,表示如不切换将影响到正常发货。
京东解释,暂停与阿里巴巴(09988.HK)旗下申通的合作是因为双方的合同已经过期,且并未就续约达成一致,又指京东物流曾提出入驻阿里旗下电商平台的合作需求,至今也没有得到回应。
申通则回应指,接到商家及网点反馈後,业务负责人一直与京东保持沟通,但问题至今没有得到解决,认为此次终止与服务质量无关。
