怡達股份(300721.SZ)：擬變更經營範圍
格隆匯8月18日丨怡達股份(300721.SZ)公佈，公司第三屆董事會第十九次會議決議，審議通過《關於變更經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》；
根據公司經營發展的實際需要，擬對經營範圍進行變更，並根據深圳證券交易所2020 年6月12日頒佈生效的《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則(2020 年修訂)》、《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引(2020年修訂)》等有關法律、法規、規範性文件的最新規定，擬對《公司章程》相應條款進行修訂，並提請股東大會審議。在股東大會審議通過章程修訂內容後報市場監督管理部門備案新的《公司章程》全文。
公司董事會擬提請股東大會授權董事會負責向市場監督管理部門辦理公司前述事項變更所需相關手續。
具體情況如下(修訂處用加粗表示)：
經營範圍的變更情況：變更前：醇醚、醇醚醋酸酯系列產品的生產(按安全生產許可證所列範圍經營)；危險化學品經營(按許可證所列範圍和方式經營)；醇醚、醇醚醋酸酯系列產品(不含危險化學品)的生產；機動車制動液、汽車發動機冷卻液產品的生產、銷售；化工產品及原料(不含危險化學品)的銷售；化工產品及其生產技術的研究、開發；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(但國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)；售電業務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後：醇醚、醇醚醋酸酯系列產品的生產(按安全生產許可證所列範圍經營)；危險化學品經營(按許可證所列範圍和方式經營)；醇醚、醇醚醋酸酯系列產品(不含危險化學品)的生產；機動車制動液、汽車發動機冷卻液產品的生產、銷售；化工產品及原料(不含危險化學品)的銷售；化工產品及其生產技術的研究、開發；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(但國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)；售電業務；工程管理服務；新型催化材料及助劑銷售；煉油、化工生產專用設備銷售；環境保護專用設備銷售；製冷、空調設備銷售；儀器儀表銷售；泵及真空設備銷售；氣體、液體分離及純淨設備銷售；電子專用材料研發；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
