《大行報告》大摩上調粵海投資(00270.HK)評級至「增持」 升目標價至16.18元
大摩發表研究報告,預期粵海投資(00270.HK)2021-23年水費持平,最終結果將於10月至11月宣布。該行並預期今年上半年中期每股派息及全年末期每股派息皆按年升5.1%,明年派息增幅加大至8%。
該行指,公司資產負債表強健,基本業務具防守性,加上預期物業銷售的貢獻,且相信其有空間提高派息比率,將可令其維持股息一直增長,股息收益率有保證,而管理層亦有表達有意願提高派息比率。
該行又指,預期上半年公司經常性盈利跌5-8%,當中首季跌17%。該行調升明年盈利預期8.2%,2022年盈測升18.5%,以反映水務新項目及更多物業銷售帶來更高增長。目標價由15.3元升至16.18元,評級升至「增持」。
