大摩:上調粵海投資(0270.HK)評級至“增持” 目標價16.18港元
摩根士丹利發表研究報告指出,粵海投資(0270.HK)擁有強勁的資產負債表和較好的盈利狀況,將支撐其提供持續的股息增長,將其評級由“與大市同步”上調至“增持”,目標價上調6%,由15.3港元升至16.18港元。
大摩指出,投資者對粵海投資股息的擔憂過度,當前股息殖利率已處在歷史高位,管理層還表示願意增加派息,由於派息和盈利增加,預計每股股息將在今年增加5.1%,明年增速超過8%。
大摩表示,粵海投資受惠於其防禦性水業務、新水項目的增長以及更多房地產銷售的推動,預計公司第二季度的收入下降幅度較第一季度收窄。大摩將粵海投資2021年和2022年的盈利預測分別提高8.2%和18.5%。
