代糖龍頭股價漲2倍，實控人卻欲離場，新大股東將是一家投資公司

公司大股東和二股東雙雙減持，公司實控人擬變更。
回覆完深交所關注涵之後，今日代糖龍頭保齡寶一度漲停，現有所回落，截至發稿，報23.92元，市值88億元。
8月13日，深交所向保齡寶下發關注函，要求説明公司近年“赤蘚糖醇”產品的具體經營情況，以及股東減持是否存涉嫌內幕交易的行為，是否存在應披露而未披露的重大信息等。彼時，保齡寶股價正衝刺4天3板，不過觸板後未能封板，當日以3.67%漲幅收盤，次日一度跌停，收盤大跌8.77%。
17日晚，保齡寶回覆深交所稱，公司上半年，受益於人們對健康及功能性產品的需求增長，赤蘚糖醇等低糖減糖產品在飲料市場熱銷的帶動，及公司各項經營管理措施的有效驅動，預計今年上半年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期增長50%至100%。公司赤蘚糖醇產線一直處於滿負荷生產狀態。為進一步滿足市場需求，公司正積極推進實施技改擴建工程。
今年以來，由於元氣森林的爆紅，作為其核心成分赤蘚糖醇的供應商，保齡寶也被資本愛屋及烏。公司七月初股價僅為8.6元，現最高已衝上25元，一個多月時間漲了2倍。
保齡寶在中報預告中表示，公司上半年歸母淨利潤3652.52萬-4870.02萬元，同比增長50%-100%，公司2019年淨利潤為3523萬元，這也意味着公司上半年淨利潤已經超過去年全年，很大程度上便是得益於糖醇類產品強勁的增長。
公司大股東和二股東雙雙減持，公司實控人擬變更。截至今年一季度，公司實控人劉宗利持股15.05%，為公司第一大股東；寧波趵樸富通資產管理中心持股14.18%，是公司第二大股東。
7月8日公告顯示，二股東擬在15個交易日之後的6個月內以集中競價交易、大宗交易等方式減持不超過1994萬股，佔總股本的5.40%。截止8月10日，該股東已完成減持1134.79萬股，佔總股本3.07%，以期間18.5元左右的均價計算，相當於套現了2.1億元。
此外，2018年初，包括劉宗利在內的四位個人股東，跟永裕投資簽訂了協議，擬轉讓手上全部4722萬股，約佔總股本的12.79%。而今年7月10日，公司公告稱永裕投資改為“只拿一半”，將接手轉讓的2493萬股，約佔總股本的6.75%，剩下2229萬股將由上述四位股東通過大宗交易自行減持。權益變動完成後，永裕投資將握有19.55%的股份，將成為公司控股股東。
