廣東榕泰(600589.SH)：控股股東及其關聯方已確認與四家供應商不存在關聯關係
格隆匯 8 月 18日丨廣東榕泰(600589.SH)公佈，近日，有媒體關注公司供應商和存貨的情況，現就核實情況説明如下：
一、關於供應商的説明
揭陽市中粵農資有限公司、揭陽市和通塑膠有限公司、揭陽市永佳農資有限公司是公司原材料供應商；廣東國華機電設備安裝有限公司是公司設備供應商。
上述四家公司均註冊或掛牌於榕江新城步行街。榕江新城步行街曾是揭陽市揭東區塑料和化工原料等的批發貿易集散地，因此上述供應商註冊或掛牌在該地址。經比對公司的關聯方名單以及查詢國家企業信用信息公示系統公示的股東及主要人員信息，公司未發現上述供應商與控股股東存在關聯關係。經詢問控股股東及其關聯方，控股股東及其關聯方已書面回覆確認其與上述四家供應商不存在關聯關係。
(一)關於場地的説明
經向供應商問詢，由於業主擬將該步行街進行重新規劃改造，要求承租户逐步搬離該地，因此目前該步行街內部分商户未營業是應業主要求搬離的，不存在閒置狀態的情況。
(二)關於聯繫方式
經公司核實，由於榕江新城步行街管理方當年進行招商時為方便客商入住，統一為入住企業代辦工商營業執照及代辦企業年審，所以出現了聯繫方式重疊的現象。在實際經營中，各公司都有獨立的聯系方式，並不是採取報道中提到的聯繫方式。目前，上市公司的聯繫方式0663-3568053、0663-3285718；郵箱：600589@rongtai.com.cn
(三)相關人員的説明
經公司核查，楊光於2008年2月在公司生產管理部工作，2016年至今任公司副總經理，2019年4月起任公司董事兼副總經理；自2008年6月至2012年12月任中粵農資公司執行董事職務，2012年12月辭去該職務後不再在該公司任職，也不在上述其它三家公司任職，公司是2014年開始與中粵農資公司建立貿易關係的，公司與中粵農資相關交易不屬於關聯交易。朱少鵬於2002年進入公司工作，2012年12月至現在擔任公司職工監事；朱少鵬從未在上述四家公司任職；報道中提到的孫揚、吳宏濤、崔程、吳錫林、吳旭濤從未在公司任過職，與公司沒有關聯關係。
二、關於存貨的説明
公司ML氨基複合材料產品目下細分產品型號眾多，用途不同，產品成分配比也不盡相同。公司依據客户需求不同生產不同產品造成產品所需原料用量也不盡相同，原材料的耗用也需適時進行調整。

2017-2019年度，公司紙漿採購量13.38萬噸，耗用量16.60萬噸；尿素採購量21.66萬噸，耗用量18.74萬噸。
注：公司根據不同客户需求，生產不同型號的產品，產品用途不同，各種原材料的配比用量也不同。報道里面提到的原材料配比是公司舊配方的配比，與目前公司產品的配比存在差異。
