据报甲骨文加入竞购Tiktok
英国《金融时报》引述消息人士指,甲骨文(Oracle)加入竞购Tiktok,并已与字节跳动(ByteDance)进行初步商谈,称正慎重考虑购买其Tiktok在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰的业务。
该消息人士并指,甲骨文目前正在与一群已经持有字节跳动权益的美国投资者合作,其中包括General Atlantic和红杉资本。
早前,微软之前已表示有意购买该等地区的Tiktok业务。知情人士还指,Twitter也与TikTok进行了初期谈判,但对这家美国社交媒体集团为交易筹集资金的能力感到严重担忧。
