李澤鉅:出售資產非長建(01038.HK)政策及慣常做法
長江基建集團(01038.HK)與電能實業(00006.HK)宣布出售葡萄牙風力發電公司Iberwind。長建主席李澤鉅強調,出售資產並不是長建的政策,今次交易亦不是慣常做法,但是項交易的獨特之處在於買賣雙方對當地未來電力市場價格機制風險承受程度不同。
計及長江基建佔電能實業之權益在內,是項交易將為長江基建帶來約11億元利潤;而電能實業之利潤則約為8億元。預計交易於今年第四季度完成。
長江基建策劃及投資總監陳記涵稱,此交易充份反映長江基建資產之隱藏價值。
