岳陽林紙(600963.SH): 擬新增經營範圍紙製品的加工、銷售等等
格隆匯 8 月 17日丨岳陽林紙(600963.SH)公佈,公司第七屆董事會第二十三次會議決議,審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍及修改公司章程的議案》。
公司將吸收合併全資子公司岳陽安泰實業有限公司,但經營範圍未完全涵蓋該公司經營範圍,同意新增:紙製品的加工、銷售;紙芯管專用膠塞的生產及銷售;包裝裝潢印刷品印刷、其他印刷品印刷;化工產品(不含危險化學品和易制毒化學品)的生產;並對《岳陽林紙股份有限公司章程》涉及的經營範圍進行相應修改。
