奧海科技(002993.SZ)擬向子公司深圳奧達增資900萬元
格隆匯 8 月 17日丨奧海科技(002993.SZ)公佈,公司因經營發展和業務佈局的需要,擬以自有資金對全資子公司深圳市奧達電源科技有限公司(“深圳奧達”)進行增資,增資金額為900萬人民幣。增資後深圳奧達註冊資本將由100萬人民幣增加至1000萬人民幣。
此次增資有利於增強深圳奧達的資本實力,降低財務風險,優化資源配置,提升公司整體的經營效益。此次增資不涉及公司合併報表範圍變化,對公司當前的財務狀況和經營成果不產生重大影響,不存在損害公司及股東利益的情形。
