道道全(002852.SZ)：上半年淨利同比降22.63%至1.02億元
格隆匯 8 月 17日丨道道全(002852.SZ)披露2020年半年報，報告期內，公司實現營業收入22.91億元，較上年同期增長32.50%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.02億元，較上年同期下降22.63%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8317.43萬元，較上年同期增長378.78%。營業收入的增長主要受益於公司終端市場的發展、業務規模的增長；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤下降主要是因為上年同期取得9000萬元的非流動資產處置損益。
公司日常生產經營進展情況如下：
1、生產佈局
公司2019年投資建設的項目岳陽二期、靖江一期、茂名項目均在有序推進中，其中嶽陽二期項目預計於2020年底建成投產，主要開發推出中高端和高營養價值的小品類油品(如茶油、高油酸菜油、核桃油等)；靖江和茂名項目預計於2021年初建成投產。以上生產基地的投資建設，不僅擴大了公司糧油產能規模，完善了產能佈局，還豐富了公司產品品類，提升了公司對原料市場的掌控能力，全面提升公司綜合競爭能力。
2、市場佈局
深耕華中、西南市場，發展華東、西北市場，開發華北、華南與東北等區域市場，是公司近幾年的市場發展戰略規劃。2020上半年，公司繼續堅持這一市場發展戰略規劃，華中、西南、華東市場仍呈穩步增長趨勢，西北、華北、華南與東北市場開拓亦取得了顯著成效，西北、華北、華南與東北市場現已有區域經銷商162家。截止2020年6月30日，公司經銷商總數已達1032家。2020年4月，公司與相關營銷骨幹發起設立道道全食品營銷有限公司，該公司設立的主要目的是為加強公司在大型KA賣場及新零售渠道的佈局與發展，助力公司市場全面佈局。
3、品牌規劃
鞏固華中、西南領域的品牌影響力和忠誠度，加快華東、西北、華南、華北等戰略市場的品牌建設投入，快速提升品牌影響力。繼續強化道道全菜籽油品類優勢，成為菜籽油行業領先品牌。積極傳播飲食養生文化理念，成為飲食養生文化傳播的引領者。
4、質量管控
公司已全面建立產品追溯系統，該系統實現從產品原料到生產過程到消費者全過程的信息追蹤，可保證產品質量信息跟蹤可查，提高了消費者的消費體驗，提升了公司對終端市場的管控力度。岳陽子公司在公司原有產品檢測設備的基礎上，增加了產品生產的在線檢測系統，保證產品質量的全程受控。
5、信息化管理
公司已建立完整的信息數據管理(OA、NC、MES、WMS、CRM、二維碼)系統，對接企業各生產經營管理系統，為公司提供人、財、物、客户、數據的4+1管理升級，通過生產和倉儲對接完成供應鏈管控閉環，通過財務和人資對接完成公司管控閉環，通過供應商門户和採購對接完成社會化產供銷協同閉環，基本實現了信息集中化、流程一體化、應用平台化、決策數據化的應用目的。
