物產中大(600704.SH)控股股東擬以所持1000萬股換購基金份額
格隆匯8月17日丨物產中大(600704.SH)公佈,截至本公告日,公司控股股東國資公司持有公司無限售條件A股流通股13.25億股,佔公司總股本26.18%。
國資公司擬於2020年9月9日至2020年10月9日期間以持有的物產中大股份換購華夏中證浙江國資創新發展交易型開放式指數證券投資基金份額,擬認購不超過1000萬股(佔物產中大總股本0.198%)A股股票價值對應的基金份額。國資公司承諾自基金合同生效日起90日內不減持以股票認購基金獲得的基金份額。
