高能環境(603588.SH)半年度淨利潤升31.38%至2.69億元
格隆匯 8 月 17日丨高能環境(603588.SH)發佈2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入26.23億元，同比增長26.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.69億元，同比增長31.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.64億元，同比增長32.39%；基本每股收益0.357元。
環境修復領域上半年實現營業收入66820.94萬元，與去年同期基本持平。2020年一季度由於疫情影響，修復項目開工較往年有所延遲；具備開工條件後，公司積極部署安排，並在後續工程推進施工中加班加點趕工期，保證重點項目按計劃推進。新籤修復訂單方面，今年4月後招標工作基本恢復正常，修復市場訂單相比去年同期整體呈現向好態勢，公司上半年獲取新訂單8.21億，同比增長33%。
危廢處理處置板塊實現營業收入48783.56萬元，同比增長25.52%。主要由於報告期危廢工程承包收入較上年同期增加；此外上半年完成對寧夏瑞銀鉛資源再生有限公司的併購，報告期合併範圍增加。靖遠宏達、陽新鵬富等危廢運營類公司由於上半年受疫情影響，復產時間較晚，正常經營時間較短，經營業績同比下降。但利用停產期間，實施完成了項目擴產或升級改造，有效提升了產能，為下半年的正常經營提供保障。
報告期內，公司將危廢資源化板塊新增為公司重點戰略領域。截至報告期末，公司在手運營的危廢處理處置牌照量為58.853萬噸/年，其中，資源化處置類牌照量已達到50.635萬噸/年，佔全部牌照量的86.03%。公司將依託現有基礎，不斷提升工藝和產能，加大處理處置種類；同時，加大投資併購，完善危廢資源化的產業佈局。
生活垃圾處理板塊實現營業收入110,523.19萬元，同比增長42.49%。工程建設方面，天津靜海區新能源環保發電項目、新沂生活垃圾處理項目等建設項目春節期間未停工，其餘項目在施工恢復後已經全力推進。運營方面，已進入運營階段的生活垃圾焚燒發電項目、醫廢處理處置項目、污水處理項目、污泥處理項目等市政運營類項目正常運行，未受到疫情影響；報告期內新增濮陽高能、岳陽高能、和田高能項目等生活垃圾焚燒發電項目進入運營階段，最終實現板塊收入較高增長。
一般工業固廢處理板塊實現營業收入30682.60萬元，同比增長235.22%，主要由於上半年完成對杭州結加的併購，報告期合併範圍增加。公司將通過杭州結加，積極拓展廢輪胎、廢塑料等固廢資源化領域。
