海藍控股(02278.HK):旗下合營收購廣西省南寧市項目地塊
海藍控股(02278.HK)公布,新成立的合營企業金鐘房地產(由公司間接非全資附屬公司海藍實業擁有49%的權益,中投置業擁有51%的權益)訂立項目協議。根據項目協議,金鐘房地產將透過投資入股形式,通過大通投資收購項目地塊A並支付項目地塊B的土地出讓金並取得大通投資49%的股權。金鐘房地產將出資的項目地塊最高投資額為約1.35億元人民幣。
項目地塊位於中國廣西省南寧市武鳴區歡歌路東南面,由項目地塊A及項目地塊B組成,總面積約為92畝。
公司指,大通投資進行增資的目的在於共同開發項目地塊,此舉將有利於訂約各方有效利用資源及優勢互補,並使得公司能夠提高其在廣西省的影響力及知名度。同時,投資項目地塊乃集團分散其業務風險之機遇,相信項目協議項下交易將讓集團能夠進軍廣西省房地產行業,帶來新的收入來源。
