中国7月稀土出口量按年大减七成 市场猜测或限制出口报复美国
中国海关总署数据报道,7月稀土出口量仅1,620.3吨,上年同期为5,243.4吨,按年大减69.1%。累计首七个月减少20.2%至22,735.8吨。
分析指,出口减少在4月以後变得明显,相信是由於新冠疫情全球蔓延导致外需下滑,国际物流也中断。另一方面,中国将稀土定位为「战略资源」,4月决定设置研发新材料和应用技术的研究中心,体现不依赖出口,而是用於加强国内产业的方针。
美国八成稀土依赖中国,正推进确保稀土的替代供应方,但短期内很难实现。日本《共同社》报道,稀土或成为中美关系间新的导火索,中国也可能将其用作对特朗普政府排除中国企业的报复手段。
