高雅光學(00907.HK)擬將每手買賣單位變更為20,000股
高雅光學(00907.HK)公布,董事會建議實施資本重組,包括已發行股本通過註銷每股已發行現有股份的已繳足股本0.09元而將每股已發行現有股份的面值從0.1元削減至0.01元。緊隨資本削減生效後,每股面值0.1元之法定但尚未發行的現有股份將拆細為十股每股面值0.01元的新股份。
目前,現有股份以2,000股現有股份的每手買賣單位在聯交所交易。董事會建議在資本重組生效後,將股份於聯交所進行交易的每手買賣單位由2,000股現有股份變更為20,000股新股份。
董事會認為,資本重組將令公司在未來能夠更靈活地進行可能的融資活動。此外,資本削減產生的繳入盈餘賬戶內的進賬額將令公司能夠在未來於董事認為適當的時候將部分進賬金額用於抵銷累計虧損。
