民銀資本(01141.HK)入選恆生綜合指數
2020年8月14日，恆生指數有限公司宣佈，民銀國際旗下控股的民銀資本控股有限公司(簡稱“民銀資本”，股票代碼HK.1141)成功入選恆生綜合指數成分股，相關變動自2020年9月7日起正式生效。
本次民銀資本入選恆生綜合指數成分股，成為香港恆生指數家族的一員，充分表明資本市場對民銀資本經營發展和投資價值的高度認可，公司的知名度和影響力也將進一步提升。
民銀資本業績表現優異。民銀國際完成對民銀資本控制權的收購交易後，堅持穩健的發展模式，持續推動證券業務、企業融資與諮詢業務、資產管理業務三大持牌業務的發展，取得了顯著的發展業績。相比較被收購前兩個會計年度的業績表現有了很大的提升，民銀資本在收購後的三年多時間裏呈現快速而穩健的發展態勢，於2017年、2018年和2019年分別實現盈利1.18億港元、2.45億港元和3.57億港元。與此同時，得益於民生銀行集團的全方位支持，通過業務協同機制，充分發揮民生銀行集團客户、渠道、資金、網絡等資源優勢，民銀資本進一步增強了市場影響力，向一流優質投資銀行穩步邁進。
公司董事會和管理層盡職盡責推動公司穩健和可持續發展，高度重視股東權益與回報，自完成收購後已連續兩年拿出較高比例的利潤進行現金分紅，2018年、2019年分別按照每股0.20港仙和0.33港仙派發股息，現金分紅佔年度利潤的比率分別達38%及44%。實際上，民銀資本2019年資產回報率及股本回報率分別達到3.2%及17.4%，處與行業領先地位。
民銀資本管理層高度重視業務發展與合規風控兼顧，倡導全員提升“三大能力”建設即合規與風控能力、營銷與溝通能力、投資與交易能力，同時強調務必堅守“三大底線”原則即依法合規底線、風險控制底線、公司利益底線，以全面提升公司可持續發展能力和市場形象。
