博世科(300422.SZ)擬增加公司經營範圍
格隆匯 8 月 14日丨博世科(300422.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年8月14日召開的第四屆董事會第二十二次會議審議通過《關於變更公司註冊資本的議案》、《關於增加公司經營範圍、修改<公司章程>的議案》，擬變更公司註冊資本、增加公司經營範圍及修改《公司章程》部分條款。其中，經營範圍變更情況如下：
原經營範圍：一般項目：環保設備製造及銷售；環保技術研究開發及服務；園林設施及設備的銷售、安裝；園林綠化技術諮詢、服務；自營和代理一般經營項目商品和技術的進出口業務，許可經營項目商品和技術的進出口業務須取得國家專項審批後方可經營（國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外）；農林生態開發；水污染治理；農副產品、農林作物的生產、種植、養殖、銷售；大氣污染治理；固體廢物治理；（除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動）許可項目：環保設施運營；市政工程施工、機電設備安裝工程、承接環保工程、園林綠化工程；城鄉生活垃圾經營性清掃、收集、運輸、處理和處置管理服務；道路貨物運輸；市政工程設計、環境工程設計；建築工程施工、河湖整治工程施工、水利水電工程施工；消毒產品的生產與銷售。工程造價諮詢業務。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準）

以上變更經營範圍事宜尚需提交公司股東大會審議，且需經工商部門核准，變更後的公司經營範圍最終以工商部門核准登記為準。
