史丹利(002588.SZ)可獲小貸公司現金分紅金款1315.8萬元
格隆匯8月14日丨史丹利(002588.SZ)公佈,截至2020年7月末,公司控股子公司臨沭縣史丹利小額貸款有限公司(以下簡稱“小貸公司”)可供分配的利潤為2587.44萬元。小貸公司於2020年8月12日召開股東會,同意小貸公司以現金方式向股東分配利潤2580萬元,佔可供分配利潤的99.71%,剩餘未分配利潤結轉下一年度。截止目前,公司持有小貸公司51%的股權,本次可取得現金分紅金額為1315.8萬元。本次利潤分配將增加母公司報表利潤,不會對公司合併報表利潤產生影響。
