廣匯物流(600603.SH)半年度淨利潤升37.36%至2.76億元
格隆匯 8 月 14日丨廣匯物流(600603.SH)發佈2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入12.75億元，同比增長65.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.76億元，同比增長37.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.83億元，同比增長41.68%；基本每股收益0.23元。
美居物流園繼續採取“堅持品牌導向、優化園區業態、整合優勢資源、提供優質服務”的經營工作措施，圍繞“穩新籤、爭續簽”工作要求，不斷拓寬招商渠道，深挖內部潛力，堅持變革創新，持續引入培訓、休閒、娛樂等新業態。面對突如其來的疫情，美居物流園與商户共度難關，多措並舉，創新經營模式，攜手商管公司推出“雲逛街”、“網紅帶貨”、“明星種草”創新業務，保障商户正常經營。報告期內園區出租率和租金價格體系基本保持穩定。
2019年12月31日，公司烏魯木齊北站綜合物流基地項目(一期)開業運營，此項目是公司冷鏈物流戰略規劃實施的重大階段性成果。2020年初疫情防控期間，匯領鮮公司被指定為烏魯木齊市防疫物資保障重點單位，有力地協助政府保障烏魯木齊市居民疫情期間的正常生活需求。後期公司將充分發揮資源優勢、技術優勢和規模優勢，積極拓展冷鏈物流業務，進一步提升物流主業佔比，並逐步構建立足新疆、輻射全國的新疆農產品供應鏈體系，打造“一帶一路”領先的供應鏈平台。
匯盈信保理公司主動調整經營策略，壓縮高風險客户的保理規模，完善風險管控流程制度體系，全面提升保理資產質量和業務風控能力，創新業務模式，並積極拓展融資渠道。匯融通供應鏈公司持續推進供應鏈渠道開發、風險管理體系建設、信息化平台搭建等工作，上半年已與多家大型企業開展合作，業務逐步展開；與匯領鮮共同開展供應鏈業務，通過產業內部資源聯動、產業內部客户共享，使冷鏈業務和供應鏈業務協同發展。
公司各地產項目開發順利，項目建設質量、安全精細化管理水平明顯提升，創新營銷模式，資金回籠狀況良好。報告期內，御錦城已全面開工，眉山匯茗城已全部封頂，桂林匯悦城按計劃推進，烏魯木齊匯潤城一期、頤景庭院山園西陸續交付。公司憑藉房地產項目優秀的品質，良好的口碑，貼心的服務贏得客户認可，推動了公司業績“逆市上揚”。
