格隆匯 8 月 16日丨均瑤健康(605388.SH)發佈首次公開發行股票上市公告書，發行數量7000萬股，無老股轉讓；發行價格13.43元/股；將於2020年8月18日在上海證券交易所上市。
受新冠肺炎疫情、2020年農曆春節較早等影響，公司2020年1-6月的整體經營情況呈現下降態勢，公司2020年1-6月營業收入為49914.45萬元，相比去年同期下降26.07%。2020年1-6月歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為14900.35萬元，相比去年同期下降22.85%，扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為12098.03萬元，相比去年同期下降31.41%。公司2020年1-6月淨利潤下滑幅度較大主要系受新冠肺炎疫情和2020年農曆春節較早影響所致，同時為抗擊疫情，公司2020年上半年捐贈支出亦較大。
公司編制了2020年度盈利預測報告，並經大華會計師事務所出具了大華核字[2020]006416號《盈利預測審核報告》。根據盈利預測審核報告，公司預測2020年7-12月營業收入、歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤和歸屬於母公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤分別為52783.53萬元、9856.74萬元和8303.90萬元。公司預測2020年1-9月營業收入78738.37萬元，同比上年同期下降19.50%；預測2020年1-9月歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤23294.74萬元，同比上年同期下降24.09%；預測2020年1-9月歸屬於母公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤19302.59萬元，同比上年同期下降25.99%。公司預測2020年度營業收入102697.97萬元，同比2019年度下降19.33%；預測2020年度歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤24757.09萬元，同比2019年度下降17.79%；預測2020年度歸屬於母公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤20401.93萬元，同比2019年度下降18.79%。
