玉龍股份(601028.SH)擬變更公司名稱為“山東玉龍黃金股份有限公司”
格隆匯 8 月 16日丨玉龍股份(601028.SH)公佈，公司因自身發展規劃及經營發展需要擬變更公司註冊地址、公司名稱及經營範圍，同時根據《公司法》、《上市公司章程指引》等規定，對《公司章程》相應條款進行修訂。2020年8月14日公司召開第五屆董事會第八次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司名稱、註冊地址及經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》。上述議案尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
其中，變更註冊地址，變更前：江蘇無錫市玉祁鎮工業園；變更後：中國(山東)自由貿易試驗區濟南片區經十東路7000號漢峪金谷A4-4號樓1101-1室(暫定，最終以工商部門核准信息為準)；
變更公司名稱，變更前：江蘇玉龍鋼管股份有限公司；變更後：山東玉龍黃金股份有限公司(暫定，最終以工商部門核准信息為準)
變更經營範圍，變更前：鋼材軋製；石油鑽桿及配套接頭、迴轉支承的製造、加工、銷售；鍍鋅加工業務及各種管道和管件的防腐處理；化工石油工程、市政公用工程施工(憑有效資質證書經營)；金屬壓力容器(憑有效許可證經營）、石油鑽採專用設備、鑄鋼件的開發、製造、銷售；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)；供應鏈管理服務；國內貿易(不含國家限制及禁止類項目)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後：一般項目：選礦；礦物洗選加工；非金屬礦及製品銷售；金屬礦石銷售；金屬材料銷售；供應鏈管理服務；普通貨物倉儲服務(不含危險化學品等需許可審批的項目)；倉儲設備租賃服務；成品油倉儲(不含危險化學品)；陸路國際貨物運輸代理；國內貨物運輸代理；企業管理；食用農產品批發；食用農產品零售；專用化學產品銷售(不含危險化學品)；煤炭及製品銷售；有色金屬合金銷售；橡膠製品銷售；化學產品銷售(不含許可類化工產品)；許可項目：礦產資源(非煤礦山)開採；貨物進出口；技術進出口；黃金及其製品進出口；食品經營(銷售預包裝食品)(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)
