匯金通(603577.SH)：選舉李明東為董事長 聘任劉鋒為總經理兼法定代表人
格隆匯 8 月 14日丨匯金通(603577.SH)公佈，2020年8月14日，公司第三屆董事會第十五次會議審議通過了《關於選舉公司董事長的議案》、《關於選舉公司副董事長的議案》、《關於調整公司董事會專業委員會委員的議案》，公司董事會選舉李明東為公司董事長、選舉劉鋒為公司副董事長，任期自本次董事會審議通過之日起至第三屆董事會屆滿之日止。
變更後的第三屆董事會組成情況：董事長李明東、副董事長劉鋒、董事蔡維鋒、董事董萍、獨立董事黃鑌、獨立董事付永領、獨立董事王書桐。
2020年8月14日，公司第三屆董事會第十五次會議審議通過了《關於改聘公司高級管理人員的議案》，同意聘任劉鋒為公司總經理兼法定代表人、聘任蔡維鋒為公司常務副總經理、聘任董萍為公司副總經理、聘任安太武為公司副總經理、聘任於麗為公司副總經理、聘任朱貴營為公司財務總監、聘任朱芳瑩為公司董事會祕書，並同意上述人員薪酬標準依據公司《2020年度董事、監事和高級管理人員薪酬方案》執行。
李明東，1967年出生，中國國籍，大學學歷，清華大學MBA工商管理碩士，無境外永久居留權。曾任河北津西鋼鐵股份有限公司副總經理、總經理，北京建龍重工集團股份有限公司副總裁，揚帆集團股份有限公司董事長、中國船舶行業協會副會長。現任河北津西鋼鐵集團股份有限公司副總裁、青島匯金通電力設備股份有限公司董事長。先後榮獲中國傑出管理人才、河北省優秀企業管理者、河北省企業改革模範、河北省科技進步三等獎、河北省“五四”青年獎章等榮譽稱號。
劉鋒，1969年出生，中國國籍，大專學歷，無境外永久居留權。曾任青島第十一織布廠職員，膠州鋒華加油站經理，膠州路通工程公司經理，青島匯金通電力設備股份有限公司董事長、總經理、名譽董事長、戰略顧問。現任青島匯金通電力設備股份有限公司副董事長、總經理兼法定代表人。
