李寧(02331.HK)上半年實現純利6.83億元
格隆匯 8 月 14日丨李寧(02331.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止六個月，按比較基準(扣除上年同期一次性與經營無關的損益)，權益持有人應占淨溢利上升約22%至6.83億元人民幣，淨利率由9.0%上升至11.1%；若包括上年同期一次性與經營無關的損益，則權益持有人應占淨溢利下降約14%，淨利率由12.7%下降至11.1%。
儘管受2019新型冠狀病毒病影響，期內大部分時間零售環境面臨巨大挑戰。報告期內，收入輕微下降約1%至61.81億元人民幣；毛利率減少0.2個百分點；經營槓桿持續增強，帶動經營利潤率達14.5%，上升超過300個基點；實現正經營現金流量4.79億元人民幣。
報告期內，集團收入達61.81億元人民幣，較2019年同期下降1.2%。2020年上半年，COVID-19疫情對全球構成了高風險，集團亦因此特殊公共衞生事件整體銷售收入未達到預期目標。為應對COVID-19疫情帶來的影響，集團積極採取控制成本及費用的舉措以及提高效率，抓住目前國內COVID-19疫情已得到較好控制下的後續銷售反彈趨勢，繼續打造具有獨特體育基因的中國元素產品，最大程度減少COVID-19疫情對各渠道收入造成的損失，其中：(a)集團與特許經銷商充分協商，對期貨訂單進行了部分減單的處理。基於特許經銷商對市場恢復及品牌的信心，特許經銷商收入與上年同期相比錄得小幅增長；(b)受COVID-19疫情影響，由於直營店鋪大多建立在高層級的都市中，而流量下降對該等城市的影響更為嚴重，故線下零售終端的銷售受到較大的衝擊，直接經營銷售收入錄得約24%下降；及(c)電子商務渠道表現明顯好於線下渠道，近年來公司加強與消費者的線上互動，COVID-19疫情期間加強線下至線上渠道的引流工作，使電子商務渠道收入錄得23%增長。公司將持續關注COVID-19疫情形勢，及時調整策略，以更好地應對COVID-19疫情帶來的風險。
