順灝股份(002565.SZ)：子公司擬投建年產2億支加熱不燃燒喚醒棒製造項目
格隆匯 8 月 13日丨順灝股份(002565.SZ)公佈，為加快推動公司在加熱不燃燒等新型煙草領域的佈局，公司控股子公司上海綠馨電子科技有限公司(“上海綠馨”或“乙方”)與海南省洋浦經濟開發區管理委員會(“洋浦管委會”或“甲方”)於2020年8月13日簽訂了《年產2億支加熱不燃燒喚醒棒製造項目投資協議》。上海綠馨擬在洋浦經濟開發區投資建設年產2億支加熱不燃燒喚醒棒製造項目，項目總投資約2億元，資金來源為上海綠馨自有或自籌資金。
該項目一期建設5條加熱不燃燒喚醒棒生產線；二期加設8條加熱不燃燒喚醒棒生產線；三期加設15條加熱不燃燒喚醒棒生產線,同時建設海南洋浦全球新型業務結算總部。項目產品主要銷往國內、東亞、東南亞及中亞地區。項目總投資約2億元，其中一期投資約5,000萬元，一期建成達產後年銷售收入1.5億元，年税收1,000萬元。項目所產生的產值、税收等數據納入洋浦經濟開發區統計口徑。
該項目一期租賃標準廠房，面積約2000平米，年產2億支加熱不燃燒喚醒棒。乙方一期項目達產且達到一期各項經濟指標後可向甲方申請啟動二期建設，項目二期預留約42畝用地，選址位於洋浦大廈北側，慶洋路南側，煉化公寓西側的地塊，甲方實際交付的土地面積根據乙方提交的二期可行性研究報告及相關職能部門批覆為準。如若乙方在一期項目投產三年後未申請啟動二期建設，甲方將取消預留用地。
公司在海內外生產、銷售、渠道以及品牌等方面做了全產業鏈佈局，未來將繼續在嚴格遵守國家相關法律法規的規定的基礎上，積極開展新型煙草製品的研發、生產和銷售工作，打造以研發生產、市場銷售和供應鏈三部分組成的核心產業鏈。此次控股子公司在洋浦經濟開發區投資建設該項目，可以充分發揮該地區在區位、港口、政策等方面的優勢，豐富新型煙草製品的種類和數量，進一步提升公司在新型煙草領域的市場份額，努力成為公司未來新的業績增長點。由於該項目還未正式開工建設，且未來政策監管、市場需求及推廣情況等存在較大不確定性，預計項目實施期內不會對公司整體營收和利潤帶來較大影響。
