微芯生物(688321.SH)：3名股東擬減持不超9.91%股份
格隆匯8月13日丨微芯生物(688321.SH)公佈，截至本公告日，萍鄉永智英華元豐投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“萍鄉永智”)持有公司2832.1994萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為6.91%；LAV One (Hong Kong)Co.,Limited(以下簡稱“LAV One”)持有公司股份25,364,167股，佔公司總股本的比例為6.19%；Vertex Technology Fund (III)Ltd(以下簡稱“Vertex”)持有公司股份23,853,448股，佔公司總股本的比例為5.82%；根據LAV One和Vertex在公司首次公開發行股票文件中做出的承諾，LAV One和Vertex存在一致行動關係。LAV One、Vertex合計持有公司股份49,217,615股，佔公司總股本的比例為12.01%。上述股份來源均為公司首次公開發行股票並上市前取得的股份，鎖定期為自公司股票上市之日起十二個月，現鎖定期已滿，將按照相關規定進行減持。
萍鄉永智因資金安排需要，自本減持公告之日起15個交易日後的六個月內(即2020年9月4日至2021年3月3日)擬通過集中競價交易方式，自公告之日起3個交易日後的六個月內(即2020年8月19日至2021年2月18日)擬通過大宗交易、協議轉讓方式減持其所持有公司股份，合計數量不超過2832.1994萬股(若此期間公司有送股、資本公積金轉增股本等股份變動事項，應該對該數量進行相應調整)，即不超過其所持有公司股份的100%，不超過公司總股本的6.91%。
LAVOne、Vertex因自身業務開展需要，自本減持公告之日起15個交易日後的三個月內(即2020年9月4日至2020年12月3日)擬通過集中競價交易、大宗交易等合法方式減持其所持有公司股份，合計數量不超過1230萬股，即不超過公司總股本的3%。
