中青寶(300052.SZ)：上半年淨利降66.81%至886.14萬元
格隆匯 8 月 13日丨中青寶(300052.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入5.96億元，同比增長229.09%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤886.14萬元，同比下降66.81%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤112.85萬元，同比下降94.00%；基本每股收益0.03元。
公司通過多年來對所處遊戲行業的深度探索、研發、運營經驗的不斷積累及產業鏈上下游的廣泛佈局，自主創新和建立了一系列可持續發展生態業務模式。報告期內，公司在保持傳統遊戲業務穩步前進的前提下，大力發展雲服務業務，實現了遊戲業務和雲服務業務兩大板塊的雙輪驅動模式，此外，公司還兼顧科技文旅業務，以達到多板塊相互協同發展、互為支撐的戰略目標。導致歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤變動的具體説明如下：
1、報告期內，對《街頭足球》和《天命龍圖》兩款主打遊戲進行下線優化，對公司業績產生較大不利影響，其中PC端遊戲業務收入較2019年同期減少1397.34萬元，成本減少686.21萬元，毛利減少711.13萬元；手機遊戲業務收入較2019年同期減少3162.01萬元，成本減少108.60萬元，毛利減少3053.41萬元。端遊和手遊較2019年同期共減少公司毛利3764.54萬元，公司準備於2020年下半年將兩款遊戲重新上線；
2、百度營銷推廣服務業務於報告期內持續進行，營業收入較上期有較大幅度增長，報告期內較2019年同期增加公司毛利536.22萬元，但此類業務毛利較低，導致營業收入相對增長較多，對應的盈利增長較少；
3、受疫情影響科技文旅業務收入大幅下降，收入較2019年同期減少106.54萬元，由於報告期長城項目轉固，折舊費增加，成本增加317.28萬元，毛利減少423.82萬元；
4、雲服務業務收入增加606.18萬元，由於運營商通信資源採購成本及客户新增IDC機櫃用電量增加，公司成本增加1,299.60萬元，雲服務業務較2019年同期減少公司毛利693.42萬元。
5、報告期內，公司更加註重經營管理，加強公司內部結構優化，進一步挖潛增效、節能降耗，嚴格控制成本及各項經營性開支，同時受疫情影響，公司銷售費用、管理費用、研發費用和財務費用較2019年同期共減少2551.06萬元。
