太古地產(01972.HK):正重新推進香港住宅物業市場發展 租金支援仍會繼續

太古地產(01972.HK)行政總裁白德利在網上會議上表示,香港零售及酒店業務在未來六個月難以復甦,因為此兩項業務都很依賴訪港旅客。上半年香港酒店入住率僅得20%,但內地部分酒店的入住率則能回到健康水平,尤其是在成都、上海及廣州的酒店。

被問及對租戶的減租幅度時,他回應指不會討論有關客戶的合約,僅指出公司已對租戶作出租金支援長達12個月,未來仍會繼續,有信心能獲租戶續租,但目前需要續約的租戶數目不多。他樂見內地的零售業務已有強勁的復甦,估計此趨勢會在下半年持續。

他又指,在投資方面主要聚焦於商業資產,最近成功投得港鐵黃竹坑住宅項目,透露現時公司正重新推進香港中期的住宅物業市場發展,現時在港的住宅發展計劃有3至4個,會在未來3至4年體現出來。

太古地產宣布派發中期股息0.3元,較去年同期的0.29元有所增加。他指出,公司的既定股息政策是會隨時間增加股息,增派息亦反映出公司對業務的信心,未來不論在香港或中國內地都會有新發展,期待增長能在未來陸續體現。
