斯萊克(300382.SZ)：子公司擬投建智造融合創新中心項目總投資預計不少於3億元
格隆匯 8 月 13日丨斯萊克(300382.SZ)公佈，公司計劃通過斯萊克控股子公司江蘇正彥數碼科技有限公司(“江蘇正彥”)在常州市武進綠色建築產業集聚示範區(“綠建區”)內投資建設智造融合創新中心項目，並通過江蘇正彥與常州市武進綠色建築產業集聚示範區管理委員會(“武進區管委會”)簽訂《投資協議》。
協議規定江蘇正彥在武進綠建區項目總投資預計不少於3億元，在園區內建造智造融合創新中心，數碼制罐自動化生產車間和銷售、物流、展示場地。中心功能將分為智能製造創新體驗中心、易拉罐主題交流空間、新媒體聯合聚集地、產業服務平台、實訓教育基地及投融資服務中心。武進區管委會為江蘇正彥預留24畝土地的發展空間，並依法提供相應的政府補貼、爭取專項資金支持、税費獎勵政策等支持和服務。此項目的資金來源為企業自有資金和銀行貸款。
公司於2019年12月成功驗收了第一條迷你數碼印罐自動生產線，從而開啟了易拉罐領域用於定製的自動化生產線的製造和銷售。公司數碼印罐迷你線生產效率最高200罐/分鐘，分辨率達到600DPI，實現最快當天交付，降低了傳統DWI罐的生產數量門檻和生產成本，非常適用於客户個性化定製的商業生產和運作。公司研發的迷你數碼印罐設備獲得行業權威會議“Cantech Grand Tour2019”頒發的國際供應商創新金獎，技術水平獲得了全球易拉罐制罐行業的認可。公司已開展定製罐服務，現完成與喬府大院、江南味稻等大米制造企業合作，提供小批量、高品質的數碼印罐產品，並開發出小罐茶、小罐堅果等新興定製易拉罐產品。後續公司將利用直播、微信商城、抖音小店、小程序等多種途徑推動C2M商業模式的發展。
此項目的實施將進一步拓展公司數碼印罐業務增長空間，待建成的智造融合創新中心擁有數碼制罐自動化生產車間和銷售、物流、展示場地，為業務推廣提供創新體驗中心、新媒體宣傳中心等空間，將充分運用C2M反向定製、柔性生產、智能分揀等技術/模式進行數碼印罐產品的銷售。該項目基於公司數碼印罐迷你線一罐一印的技術優勢，賦予C2M的典型意義，為客户所需易拉罐定製特定外觀，以滿足特定的消費場景需求，將對公司未來業績帶來積極影響。
