华人置业(00127.HK)公布截至今年6月底止中期业绩,纯利7.86亿元,按年跌7%;每股盈利0.412元。核心溢利12.47亿元,按年增长3.62%。每股核心溢利为0.65元。派中期息1仙,上年同期派1仙。
期内,营业额2.23亿元,按年跌17.5%。当中,租金收入总额2.115亿元,按年跌19.2%,按净额基准呈报出售持作买卖之投资收益300万元,及其他收入820万元。收入下降主要由於期内租金收入总额下降。
