中國光大國際(00257.HK)上半年純利升15%至30.29億港元 中期息14.0港仙
格隆匯8月13日丨中國光大國際(00257.HK)公佈，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，集團收益為183.77億港元，同比增長13%；EBITDA為63.69億港元，同比增長16%；除税前盈利為46.96億港元，同比增長9%；公司權益持有人應占盈利為30.29億港元，同比增長15%；每股基本盈利49.30港仙，宣派中期股息每股14.0港仙。
市場拓展方面，回顧期內，集團上下齊心、擔當有為、紮實勤勉，保持了穩健的業務增長勢頭，共簽署32個新項目、2份現有項目的補充協議及2份項目收購協議，涉及總投資約人民幣106.84億元；承接4個環境修復服務、1個現有環境修復服務的補充協議、1個合同能源管理(“EMC”)項目及1個委託運營項目，涉及合同金額約人民幣1.49億元。
集團業務足跡拓展至張家口、晉中、湘潭等新地域市場，進一步鞏固於垃圾發電、污水處理、危廢及固廢處置等傳統業務領域的優勢地位，於垃圾分類、節能照明、環衞一體化等新業務領域取得實質性進展。新增設計規模為：日處理生活垃圾1.121萬噸、日處理餐廚垃圾730噸、日處理污水17萬立方米(含委託運營項目規模)、日供中水3萬立方米、年供蒸汽82萬噸、年處置危廢及固廢39.25萬噸。
工程建設方面，回顧期內，儘管一定程度受到疫情影響，集團積極應對、全力部署，有序推進各項目建設工地的疫情防控以及復工復產工作，並堅持以“多快好省法安廉”七字訣，強化工程進度動態管理，高質量推進項目工程建設，帶動建造服務收益上升。
2020年上半年，集團共有45個項目開工建設，24個項目投運(包含22個建成投運項目)，完工並交付的環境修復服務3個。其中，回顧期內，集團旗下光大照明板塊的山東日照路燈節能改造EMC項目完成驗收並投入使用，山東濟南市區路燈節能改造EMC項目開工建設——為未來開展相關業務和工作積累了寶貴經驗。截至2020年6月30日，集團執行中的環境修復服務共11個，籌備中的環境修復服務為2個，完工並交付的環境修復服務累計達18個。
