創科實業(00669.HK)上半年純利升16.3%至3.32億美元 中期息53港仙
格隆匯 8 月 12日丨創科實業(00669.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止六個月期間，2020年上半年業績驕人，銷售額增長12.8%至42億美元，按當地貨幣計算上升14.0%；電動工具業務銷售增長強勁，按當地貨幣計算上升14.0%；地板護理業務銷售增長強勁，按當地貨幣計算增加13.6%；毛利率連續第十二個上半年度錄得增長，上升40個基點至38.0%；純利增加16.3%至3.32億美元；每股盈利18.14美仙；董事會議決派發中期股息每股53.00港仙。
自新型冠狀病毒出現後，集團隨即於所有生產基地、分銷中心、研發中心、總部辦公室及銷售團隊網絡實施世界級的安全規定。在謹慎遵從各地方當局的規定下，公司得以迅速全面恢復生產和供應鏈運作。踏入第二季度初期，公司即着手發掘能夠支援客户及捕捉擴大市場份額的機會，於是大膽決定增加產量、加速新產品開發及擴大全球銷售覆蓋面。憑藉執行有效的新型冠狀病毒安全措施及積極進取的部署，集團不僅能夠應付客户對庫存和店面銷售支援的需求，更跑贏同業，並獲得可觀的市場份額。
公司欣然宣佈，儘管面對新型冠狀病毒帶來的不利因素，集團在所有地區上半年按當地貨幣計算仍錄得可觀的銷售額增長。北美表現尤為顯著，錄得14.5%增長。即使歐洲深受新型冠狀病毒打擊，集團在歐洲業務仍錄得8.2%增長。其他地區包括澳洲、新西蘭及亞洲的整體銷售額增長21.0%，表現令人振奮。
集團與零售夥伴緊密合作，開發及強化電子商貿平台。除了在電子商貿取得成功外，公司在“網購及門市取貨”方面亦表現出色。電子商貿明顯是未來發展中不可或缺的重要一環，而集團正處於有利位置，將於下半年及往後的日子在公司的業務模式中進一步善用此元素。
創科實業繼續於上半年成功部署長期策略計劃。公司推出一系列矚目的創新產品，加快產品開發步伐、拓展全球銷售網絡、提高生產效率並強化公司的供應鏈。在過去數月，公司的管理團隊迅速改用虛擬模式進行管理及培訓。此外，公司聘用數百名大學新畢業生擔任工程、銷售及營銷等崗位，推動公司進一步發展。在以上投資帶動下，集團在上半年不僅錄得強勁業績，更重要的是，公司為公司在其服務市場中取得長遠成功而奠下良好的基礎。
