欣鋭科技(300745.SZ): 因產品質量問題賠償客户1573.48萬元
格隆匯 8 月 12日丨欣鋭科技(300745.SZ)公佈，公司因供應商A供應的電子元器件(“瑕疵物料”)本身存在質量瑕疵，導致公司供應給客户B的車載充電機(“OBC”)出現質量問題。
公司為妥善處理OBC質量問題，在雙方充分溝通的基礎上，公司與客户B於2020年8月11日簽署了《車載充電機質量問題處理協議》，雙方對此次質量問題的處理和賠償達成一致的意見，公司對故障OBC向客户B進行賠償並預留質量保證金，客户B退回未使用的OBC，公司將退回及未發貨的採用瑕疵物料生產的OBC進行報廢處理。
根據已簽訂的《處理協議》以及客户B出具的索賠通知，公司應向客户B支付索賠費用含税573.48萬元、支付一次性補償費用含税1000萬元，公司對退回及未發貨的採用瑕疵物料生產的OBC庫存全額計提減值費用1771.50萬元，公司依據雙方已確認的質量保證金對已銷售的OBC在剩餘質保期內可能產生的索賠情況單項計提預計負債費用1000萬元。上述事項預計導致公司2020年半年度報告利潤總額減少4163.97萬元。
截至2020年3月31日，公司歸屬於母公司所有者權益合計10.83億元，上述事項不會對公司持續經營能力造成重大不利影響。
公司已經與客户B就此次質量問題的處理和賠償事宜達成一致意見並預留質保金，公司已向其他供應商採購相關物料，繼續為客户B生產提供合格的OBC產品，該事件不會影響公司後續與客户B的合作關係。
截至公告日，公司已全面核查，使用該瑕疵物料生產並銷售給其他客户的OBC產品佔比較小，截止目前未出現大規模故障問題，未出現其他客户因產品質量向公司提出索賠或爭議糾紛的情形，公司預計未來亦不會出現其他客户因上述產品質量問題向公司提出大額索賠的情形，不會對公司未來的生產經營和財務數據造成重大不利影響；公司其他同類產品未使用該物料，不會對公司的其他產品質量造成影響。
公司已全面停止採購瑕疵物料並全面清查含該瑕疵物料的庫存成品，全部隔離禁止出貨，並採購其他品牌的物料替代使用；公司高度重視此次問題，後續將加強供應商選擇，嚴格把控物料質量檢測，完善質量檢測流程，避免公司生產經營中再出現類似事件。
因此次產品質量問題是由於供應商 A銷售給公司的物料存在缺陷造成的，公司將依法就相關損失向法院提起訴訟，要求供應商A和生產廠商進行賠償，挽回公司損失。後續相關訴訟如有進展，公司將及時履行信息披露義務。
