中國聯通(600050.SH)半年度淨利潤升10.9%至33億元
格隆匯 8 月 12日丨中國聯通(600050.SH)發佈2020年半年度報告，實現主營業務收入1383億元，同比上升4.0%，高於行業平均的3.2%，發展速度行業領先。成本效能持續優化，盈利能力進一步增強。利潤總額達到97億元，歸屬於母公司淨利潤達到33億元，同比增長10.9%。EBITDA達到494億元。
公司堅持重點聚焦、開放合作，成功落實5G網絡共建共享，實現資源節約、合作共贏。上半年資本開支為258億元，繼續得到有效控制。自由現金流保持強勁，達到229億元，公司財務實力持續增強，財務狀況更加穩健。
得益於移動業務發展策略的積極有效調整，公司移動業務發展質態逐步改善，第二季度移動用户ARPU和移動主營業務收入已雙雙環比止跌回升，今年6月和7月進一步實現同比止跌回升。上半年，移動主營業務收入同比下降2.8%，降幅較2019年全年顯著收窄；移動出賬用户總數達到3.1億户；移動用户ARPU同比提升0.2%；手機上網總流量增長23.4%，手機用户月户均數據流量達到約9.4GB。公司總體營銷費用大幅下降,特別是用户發展成本, 助力盈利能力持續提升。
上半年，公司固網寬帶接入收入同比增長5.9%，達到219億元。固網寬帶用户淨增240萬户，總數達到8588萬户。融合業務在固網寬帶用户中的滲透率達到60%，同比提升5個百分點。
產業互聯網業務收入同比增長36%，達到227億元，佔整體主營業務收入比例提高至16%。其中ICT業務收入75億元，同比增長39%；IDC及雲計算業務收入達到121億元，同比增長29%；物聯網業務及大數據業務收入分別達到22億元和9億元，同比分別增長55%和67%。受創新業務和固網寬帶業務良好增長拉動，公司固網主營業務收入達到606億元，同比增長14 %。未來，公司將積極發揮資源稟賦優勢，深度推進產業合作,加快5G+垂直行業應用的培育和融合創新發展，致力在數字化轉型的新時代實現更快增長。
2020年上半年，公司堅持聚焦，突出重點，與中國電信緊密協同推進5G網絡共建共享，成功實現5G網絡建設步伐和網絡能力翻倍，5G網絡規模、覆蓋、質量與主導運營商基本相當。上半年，雙方新增共建共享5G基站約15萬站。截至目前，公司可用5G基站累計達到約21萬站，其中公司自建超過10萬站，在超過50個重點城市實現連續覆蓋，並在部分省成功實現2.1GHz頻段軟件升級4G基站為5G基站。同時，公司已與中國電信在4G和其他資源領域擴大開展共建共享合作，促進資源利用效能進一步提升。
公司以客户感知為中心，努力提升網絡質量和支撐能力。移動網絡方面，強化共建共享和4G/5G網絡協同，完善LTE 900底層網，分區域推動2G/3G網絡精簡，降低運維成本，重耕頻譜資源。固網寬帶網絡方面，以千兆接入為重點，推進網絡演進，開展視頻、遊戲等重點業務專項優化，增強網絡競爭力。打造雲網一體化新生態，加快網絡SDN化、NFV化、雲化和智能化，推進5G專網產品研發，支撐政企業務高效發展。上半年，公司聚焦地區網絡質量和客户感知持續提升，移網和固網寬帶實時滿意度持續提升，網絡時延指標行業最優。
