潤和軟件(300339.SZ)：上半年淨利同比降35.89%至6993.78萬元
格隆匯 8 月 11日丨潤和軟件(300339.SZ)公佈半年報，報告期內，公司堅持“金融科技”+“智能物聯”的“一體兩翼、雙輪驅動”發展戰略，根據年度經營計劃，積極推進各項工作，但受新冠疫情影響，客户延期復工，業務開展受到短期衝擊，業績出現下滑。其中第一季度受此影響較大，第二季度隨着國內疫情得到控制，客户正常復工，公司採取各種有效措施，在嚴防疫情的前提下全力保障業務開展，努力將疫情影響降到最低限度，業績表現較第一季度出現明顯改善。具體經營數據如下：
報告期內，公司實現營業收入108,585.96萬元，較上年同期增長1.82%，其中第一季度較上年同期減少1.89%，第二季度較上年同期增長5.23%；利潤總額為6,900.11萬元，較上年同期減少34.69%，其中第一季度較上年同期減少85.92%，第二季度較上年同期增長5.41%；歸屬上市公司股東淨利潤為6993.78萬元，較上年同期減少35.89%，其中第一季度較上年同期減少79.91%，第二季度較上年同期增長4.00%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為4,294.45萬元，較上年同期減少56.42%，其中第一季度較上年同期減少96.02%，第二季度較上年同期減少16.29%。
報告期內，公司主營業務收入為106,420.56萬元，較上年同期增長1.70%。其中，公司金融科技業務實現營業收入51,826.00萬元，較上年同期減少14.18%，主要系子公司聯創智融業務收入較上年同期下降；智能物聯業務實現營業收入35,743.56萬元，較上年同期增長38.76%，主要系該業務核心競爭力不斷提升，業務規模持續擴大；智慧能源信息化業務實現營業收入13,221.30萬元，較上年同期增長32.07%，主要系客户需求增加，業務規模擴大；智能供應鏈信息化業務實現營業收入4,794.31萬元，較上年同期減少35.40%；其他軟件服務業務實現營業收入47.45萬元；外購軟硬件產品銷售業務實現營業收入787.94萬元。
報告期內，公司非主營業務實現營業收入2,165.40萬元，較上年同期增長7.68%，非主營業務主要系公司子公司外包園公司的房屋租賃及物業收入。
