美国网络及媒体企业IAC/InterActive入股美高梅中国(02282.HK)母公司美高梅度假村国际12%,作价约10亿美元。
美高梅度假村国际上季收入因新冠疫情打击大跌91%,并暂停派息。IAC/InterActive主席Barry Diller表示,对公司的网上赌博业务有兴趣,又指是次给予十年一遇机会让公司入股。
IAC曾建立不同网络业务其後分拆成不同公司,包括旅游网站Expedia及门票预订网站Ticketmaster。
