万豪:入住率正在回升 大中华地区或明年恢复至2019年水平
万豪国际表示,由於酒店房间预订量从低位缓慢恢复,全球入住率正在稳步回升,预计今年的现金消耗将较之前预计要慢,不过入住情况可能需要数年时间才能恢复到疫情前的水平。
万豪预计,今年每月现金消耗为8,500万美元,低於此前预期1.45亿美元。
万豪第二季度经调整每股亏损64美仙,逊於市场原预期亏损42美仙。收入暴跌72.4%至14.6亿美元。公司表示,大中华地区正在带领全球酒店业复苏,最早可能在明年便接近2019年的入住水平。总体而言,在截至8月1日的一个星期,全球入住率从4月份的11%上升至34%。
