格隆匯 8 月 10日丨安必平(688393.SH)公佈，本次發行最終戰略配售數量為116.70萬股，佔發行總量的5%，與初始戰略配售股數相同。網上網下回撥機制啟動前，網下初始發行數量為1,552.15萬股，約佔扣除最終戰略配售數量後發行數量的70%；網上初始發行數量為665.15萬股，約佔扣除最終戰略配售數量後發行數量的30%。最終網下、網上發行合計數量為本次發行總數量扣除最終戰略配售數量，網上、網下最終發行數量將根據回撥情況確定，最終網上、網下發行合計數量為2,217.30萬股。本次發行價格為30.56元/股，發行人於2020年8月10日(T日)通過上海證券交易所交易系統網上定價初始發行“安必平”股票665.15萬股。
根據上海證券交易所提供的數據，本次網上發行有效申購户數為4,922,667户，有效申購股數為30,067,882,500股。網上發行初步中籤率為0.02212161%。配號總數為60,135,765個，號碼範圍為100,000,000,000-100,060,135,764。
根據《廣州安必平醫藥科技股份有限公司首次公開發行股票並在科創板上市發行公告》公佈的回撥機制，由於本次網上發行初步有效申購倍數為4,520.47倍，超過100倍，發行人和保薦機構(主承銷商)決定啟動回撥機制，對網下、網上發行的規模進行調節，將扣除最終戰略配售部分後本次公開發行股票數量的10%(向上取整至500股的整數倍，即221.75萬股)從網下回撥到網上。回撥機制啟動後，網下最終發行數量為1,330.40萬股，約佔扣除戰略配售數量後發行數量的60.00%，網上最終發行數量為886.90萬股，約佔扣除戰略配售數量後發行數量的40.00%。回撥機制啟動後，網上發行最終中籤率為0.02949659%。
