遠方信息(300306.SZ)：子公司維爾科技變更經營範圍
格隆匯 8 月 10日丨遠方信息(300306.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司浙江維爾科技有限公司(“維爾科技”)，因業務發展需要，對其經營範圍進行了變更。近日，維爾科技已完成工商變更登記手續並取得新的《營業執照》，具體變更情況如下：
修改前的經營範圍：生產：通信設備(車載無線終端)、金融機具產品(智能電子回單系統、指紋儀)、計算機軟、硬產品(指紋智能平板)、電力設備(電力系統指紋認證設備)、電子產品(IC卡及IC卡讀寫機)、智能樓宇(門禁、鎖具、對講系統)、交通設備(駕培管理器、智能交通設備，不含車輛)；技術開發、技術服務：生物識別技術、計算機軟、硬件，計算機系統集成，電力設備、集成電路芯片、信息安全產品、電子產品(含IC卡及IC卡讀寫機)、交通設備；批發、零售：通信設備、金融機具產品、計算機軟、硬產品、電力設備、集成電路芯片、電子產品、交通設備；服務：貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)；設計、製作、發佈、代理國內廣告(除網絡廣告發布)；服務：第二類增值電信業務；含下屬分支機構的經營範圍；其他無需報經審批的一切合法項目。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
修改後的經營範圍：許可項目：商用密碼產品銷售；貨物進出口；第二類增值電信業務(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。一般項目：智能車載設備製造；通信設備製造；移動通信設備製造；信息安全設備製造；物聯網設備製造；計算機軟硬件及外圍設備製造；其他電子器件製造；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；軟件開發；網絡與信息安全軟件開發；信息系統集成服務；集成電路設計；集成電路芯片設計及服務；信息技術諮詢服務；數據處理和存儲支持服務；智能車載設備銷售；通信設備銷售；移動通信設備銷售；衞星移動通信終端銷售；信息安全設備銷售；物聯網設備銷售；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備批發；電子產品銷售；集成電路銷售；集成電路芯片及產品銷售；廣告製作；廣告發布(非廣播電台、電視台、報刊出版單位)；廣告設計、代理；物業管理；園區管理服務；非居住房地產租賃(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。
