和仁科技(300550.SZ)：與湖州市政府簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 8 月 7日丨和仁科技(300550.SZ)公佈，為貫徹落實“數字中國”和“健康中國”兩大國家戰略，打造全國數字健康城市示範樣板，推動現代智慧城市和健康中國先行示範區建設，經友好協商，湖州市人民政府(以下簡稱：“湖州市政府”或者“甲方”)與浙江和仁科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱：“和仁科技”、“公司”、“本公司”或者“乙方”)按照“優勢互補、功能提升、合作共贏、共同提高”的原則，建立長期穩定的全面戰略合作關係，就合作事宜達成框架協議。
合作內容：
乙方根據甲方打造現代智慧城市和健康中國先行示範區的戰略目標，通過建立長期戰略合作關係，圍繞數字健康城市建設，在整體規劃、系統開發、項目實施和技術服務等方面展開合作，重點合作內容為：
(1)在“互聯網+醫療服務”方面，持續創新推進醫療衞生服務領域“最多跑一次”改革，推進新一代醫院信息系統建設，進一步暢通看病就醫的病人流、數據流和資金流，在全市醫療機構建成線上線下一一對應的全流程智能服務體系，在全國打造“最多跑一次”“智慧就醫”示範樣板，在全國率先實現市域“無紙化門診”、“零排隊醫院”。
(2)在“互聯網+健康保障”方面，積極探索醫療衞生資源互聯網化，構建扁平化的、全部資源互聯的智慧健康“神經網絡”，在全市範圍內建立衞生健康資源“萬物互聯”的體系，實現衞生健康資源全市自由流通共享。推動醫保支付數字化監管、分析，在全省打造市域“智慧醫保”示範。
(3)在“互聯網+公共衞生”方面，積極探索基於大數據和醫共體模式下的傳染病疫情早期預警、健康危害因素的大數據分析、物聯網監測干預和人工智能健康評估，實現傳染病、慢性病、精神疾病的醫防融合、精準預防、精準決策、精準干預、精準評價。
(4)在“互聯網+綜合監管”方面，建設覆蓋各級公立醫院和民營醫療機構的醫療服務監管平台，建立全國首個市域醫療服務數字化監管體系。打造數字健康運營中心，建立對全市衞生健康服務、質量、運行的集中展現，實現“一屏掌控衞健”。實施衞生健康執法、職業健康監管、醫療廢物管理數字化建設，打造行業智慧治理平台。
