麥迪科技(603990.SH)：上半年業績由盈轉虧 淨虧損770.87萬元
格隆匯 8 月 7日丨麥迪科技(603990.SH)公佈半年報，報告期內，公司實現營業收入8907.21萬元，較去年同期下降25.97%，歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為-770.87萬元，扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為-952.63萬元，相比去年同期都有所下滑。主要的原因系公司本期收入確認規模下降較大而公司的人員等固定支出持續發生所致。雖受疫情影響，報告期內公司業績有所下滑，但隨着下游醫院陸續恢復正常的工作秩序，公司的市場拓展逐步恢復，截止本報告披露日，公司的產能已恢復至往年正常水平。
2020年上半年，受全球疫情蔓延，中美貿易摩擦等影響，全球各主要經濟增速均呈現下滑甚至呈負增長態勢，全球經濟下行壓力加劇。在此宏觀環境中，國家相繼出台了各項政策，積極應對在經濟運行中出現諸多變化，努力將經濟下行壓力減弱，保持經濟總體平穩運行。
在報告期內，公司管理層緊緊圍繞既定的發展戰略和董事會制定的2020年經營計劃，積極應對宏觀環境帶來的經營壓力。公司繼續加強技術創新和新技術的應用，圍繞着手術室、重症監護病房及急症急救三大產品線，繼續挖掘“智慧臨牀”的潛力，進一步深耕和完善“急危重症”產品體系，將單一的專科型產品向區域化、平台化產品轉型，實現產品的雲端化，遠程化，移動化以滿足現代醫療救治特別是疫情期間公共衞生協同管理中的作用。公司積極參與5G技術在公司產品中的智慧應用。
在報告期內，公司與江蘇移動建立合作關係，雙方將圍繞在區域急救一體化、120院前急救、遠程移動會診、遠程ICU監護、遠程手術等多方面進行合作，以搭建以5G技術為核心的智慧醫療平台。在報告期內，由於受到新冠肺炎疫情的影響，全國各地實施了嚴格的疫情防控措施，公共交通、人員流動受阻，醫院相關科室的信息化建設的工作被迫停滯，致使公司醫療信息化項目建設延遲，一季度業績較去年同期下降59.99%。隨着二季度疫情風險逐步降低，公司一方面在全領域內做好全方位的疫情防護，另一方面也積極創造條件推進項目履約進度，建立復工復產製度，強化工程師隊伍的管理，以降低一季度由於疫情造成的對業績的負面影響。
