格隆匯8月7日丨北大青鳥環宇(08095.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司收益1.87億元人民幣,同比增長189%;公司擁有人應占溢利3609元,同比減少44%;每股盈利2.62分。收益增長主要由於報告期內大數據中心服務貢獻的收益為1.28億港元。
盈利減少主要由於2019冠狀病毒病爆發對集團的旅遊發展業務及聯營公司財務表現的影響,以及於建議A股上市在2019年8月完成後,公司持有的青鳥消防股權有所下降,導致來自青鳥消防的溢利貢獻按比例減少。
