永泰能源(600157.SH)：豫煤礦機向法院申請對公司進行重整
格隆匯 8 月 7日丨永泰能源(600157.SH)公佈，2020年8月6日，公司收到債權人河南省豫煤礦機有限公司(“豫煤礦機”或“申請人”)的《重整申請通知書》：豫煤礦機以公司不能清償到期債務且明顯缺乏清償能力為由，向山西省晉中市中級人民法院(“法院”)申請對公司進行重整。
受自身債務規模大，融資政策趨緊等因素影響，自2018年7月起公司多支債券出現違約。為堅決貫徹黨中央、國務院關於防範和化解金融風險，支持實體經濟發展的指示精神，積極穩妥化解公司債務風險，保護廣大債權人和投資人的合法權益，2018年8月23日，永泰金融機構債權人委員會(“債委會”)成立，國家開發銀行為主席行，中信銀行為聯席主席行。在監管機構及各級地方政府指導與支持下，債委會協調債權人對公司開展幫扶，目前公司保持了生產經營穩定、員工隊伍穩定、經營性現金流穩定、金融債務關係穩定的良好局面。2019年7月19日，債委會主席行議定公司債務重組初步方案。2019年12月30日，根據與各方債權人溝通情況，債委會主席行對債務重組方案進行了優化。2020年以來，新冠肺炎疫情對國內經濟活動造成較大影響，但公司在債委會指導下，加快推進債務重組各項工作，並積極與債權人溝通，目前債務重組初步方案已取得債權人多數共識。
債務重組方案的主要內容為：通過實施司法重整，以債轉股和留債債權延期降低公司負債率，留債債權合理調整利率水平降低公司融資成本，結合出售公司非主業資產，將公司資產負債率及負債結構調至合理水平，提升公司業績，從根本上保護全體債權人及中小股東權益。
公司董事會支持債委會提出的永泰能源債務重組初步方案，並在重整申請、受理、正式進入重整的各個階段配合法院、管理人和債委會的工作。力爭重整順利完成。
永泰能源重整能否被法院受理，公司是否進入重整程序存在不確定性；若重整失敗，公司存在被清算的風險；如公司被清算，公司股票面臨終止上市的風險。公司完成重整的時間存在不確定性。請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
