麦迪科技(603990.SH)：上半年业绩由盈转亏 净亏损770.87万元
格隆汇 8 月 7日丨麦迪科技(603990.SH)公布半年报，报告期内，公司实现营业收入8907.21万元，较去年同期下降25.97%，归属于母公司股东的净利润为-770.87万元，扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司股东的净利润为-952.63万元，相比去年同期都有所下滑。主要的原因系公司本期收入确认规模下降较大而公司的人员等固定支出持续发生所致。虽受疫情影响，报告期内公司业绩有所下滑，但随着下游医院陆续恢复正常的工作秩序，公司的市场拓展逐步恢复，截止本报告披露日，公司的产能已恢复至往年正常水平。
2020年上半年，受全球疫情蔓延，中美贸易摩擦等影响，全球各主要经济增速均呈现下滑甚至呈负增长态势，全球经济下行压力加剧。在此宏观环境中，国家相继出台了各项政策，积极应对在经济运行中出现诸多变化，努力将经济下行压力减弱，保持经济总体平稳运行。
在报告期内，公司管理层紧紧围绕既定的发展战略和董事会制定的2020年经营计划，积极应对宏观环境带来的经营压力。公司继续加强技术创新和新技术的应用，围绕着手术室、重症监护病房及急症急救三大产品线，继续挖掘“智慧临床”的潜力，进一步深耕和完善“急危重症”产品体系，将单一的专科型产品向区域化、平台化产品转型，实现产品的云端化，远程化，移动化以满足现代医疗救治特别是疫情期间公共卫生协同管理中的作用。公司积极参与5G技术在公司产品中的智慧应用。
在报告期内，公司与江苏移动建立合作关系，双方将围绕在区域急救一体化、120院前急救、远程移动会诊、远程ICU监护、远程手术等多方面进行合作，以搭建以5G技术为核心的智慧医疗平台。在报告期内，由于受到新冠肺炎疫情的影响，全国各地实施了严格的疫情防控措施，公共交通、人员流动受阻，医院相关科室的信息化建设的工作被迫停滞，致使公司医疗信息化项目建设延迟，一季度业绩较去年同期下降59.99%。随着二季度疫情风险逐步降低，公司一方面在全领域内做好全方位的疫情防护，另一方面也积极创造条件推进项目履约进度，建立复工复产制度，强化工程师队伍的管理，以降低一季度由于疫情造成的对业绩的负面影响。
