格隆匯 8 月 7日丨彩星集團(00635.HK)公佈,集團截至2020年6月30日止六個月的收入約2.09億港元,相對於2019年同期的收入為2.92億港元。預期集團錄得淨虧損約為2.91億港元,相對於2019年同期的淨溢利為2.66億港元。
該期間的虧損主要是由於:集團的投資物業重估所產生的未變現重估虧損約為3.1億港元,相對於2019年同期的重估盈餘為9100萬港元;公司主要附屬公司—彩星玩具集團的表現。彩星玩具集團的收入約為8400萬港元,相對於2019年同期的收入為1.57億港元;彩星玩具集團預期錄得淨虧損約為5300萬港元,相對於2019年同期淨虧損為2000萬港元。虧損擴大主要是由於現有及新品牌表現均未如預期,而2019新型冠狀病毒大流行疫情嚴重打擊全球經濟活動;及受疫情影響導致消費意欲疲弱,餐飲業務2020上半年收入下降約40%。
