印尼将fb、迪士尼及TikTok等纳入徵收10%增值税名单
印尼税务局表示,将向包括Facebook、迪士尼及TikTok在内的多间科技公司在当地销售徵收10%增值税。
印尼上月已宣布,向亚马逊、Netflix、Spotify及谷歌等技术公司的销售徵收10%的增值税,因随着疫情爆发,不少公司安排员工在家工作导致消费者的消费模式改变,从而打击政府的财政收入。
根据新规,在印尼销售总值至少6亿印尼盾(约4.1万美元)的数码产品及服务的外国公司,或每年拥有至少1.2万个用户流量的外国公司,必须支付10%的增值税。
目前科技公司在东南亚国家面临愈来愈严厉的税规,当中泰国及菲律宾拟议的增值税分别为7%及12%。
