传微软欲收购TikTok全球所有业务
据英国《金融时报》报道,微软正寻求收购TikTok全球所有业务,包括印度及欧洲业务,因若微软只收购部分业务,将令後勤办公室管理变得困难。
虽然微软於周日曾表示,正在与TikTok母公司字节跳动进行谈判,以探讨收购美国、加拿大、澳洲及新西兰的TikTok业务,但据悉之後改变主意希望能收购TikTok全球所有业务,但不包括在中国版TikTok抖音。
另一方面,微软高管亦试图安抚中国政府,避免公司陷入中国与美国之间的争端之中,同时亦拒绝以微软在中国的业务作为交换条件的建议。
消息人士称,最终交易都可能会以不同形式进行,因过程中牵涉字节跳动的少数股东及中国政府等持份者,同时交易作价亦是阻碍达成协议的多个因素之一。
