金時科技(002951.SZ)：湖南生產基地項目投入金額由約4.53億元調至約6.78億元
格隆匯 8 月 6日丨金時科技(002951.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年8月6日召開了第二屆董事會第二次會議、第二屆監事會第二次會議，審議通過了《關於調整湖南生產基地建設項目及投入金額的議案》。
之前公司分別於2019年7月8日召開了公司第一屆董事會第十一次會議、第一屆監事會第十次會議，以及2019年7月24日召開了2019年第二次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於對外投資設立全資子公司並簽署落户合同書的議案》，湖南生產基地項目擬總投資約4.53億元人民幣，其中工程費用2.47億元，設備及安裝費用2.06億元，實施主體為公司全資子公司湖南金時科技有限公司(“湖南金時”)。
湖南生產基地的前期預估投資金額未包括土地購買款支出，現將土地購買款3277.2萬元(除去產業扶持資金補貼)調整加入湖南生產基地的投資預算；原投資規模中房屋建設工程、裝修工程投資額僅是預估，後為構建公司可持續發展的競爭優勢，提高項目建設質量，把基地建成適應現代科技發展的科研生產基地，項目設計規劃發生調整，該基地主要建築結構由全鋼結構調整為鋼筋混凝土框架結構及屋面鋼結構，土方工程、水電安裝工程、消防安裝工程、廠區園林綠化工程、鋼結構工程、幕牆工程、空調系統工程、高低壓配電等配套工程、裝修標準也隨之發生變化，加之疫情、環保、施工進度等因素影響，導致生產基地的施工成本上升，工程費用調整為約4.39億元(其中，房屋建設工程約3.9億元，裝修工程4935.19萬元)。綜上所述，湖南生產基地項目投入金額由約4.53億元調整為約6.78億元。
截至目前，湖南生產基地項目正在按既定計劃有序實施，其中，倒班樓、行政樓、印刷車間完成部分主體結構建設；檢測中心、危化品庫、功能房及污水處理間的基礎工程已完成；原料倉庫、部分廠房的樁基礎已完成；水電安裝消防工程已跟進土建進度完成相應的安裝工程量。
湖南生產基地項目已於2019年12月開始動工，預計將於2021年10月建成投產。項目建成後，預計年均收入5.96億元，年均淨利潤11163萬元，項目投資回收期5.20年，項目投資財務內部收益率18.20%。
